Twisted Fury

I was web searching and found out that you wrote a book about the tornadoes. I was 13 and living in Edgewood Estates on that day. My parents were and work and my sister and I were home watching TV. Our neighbors across the street saw the tornado coming and came and got us and we all got into their car and rode it out. It was so dark and all I saw was debris flying thru the air. the car was pushed around a little. After it passed, I asked if that was a tornado. We were so close I couldn't see it. Afterwards we saw how lucky we were. The tornado was coming up the hill on our side of the street and 2 trailers before ours it crossed to the other side. Our home was leaning off the blocks into the huge wooden shed my father had built, That is what saved it. My poor mother tried to get to us when she found out it had hit but she couldn't get near. She had to leave her car and walk about a mile to find us. I still have tornado nightmares to this day.
